Tul'Gar

The People of the River — fishermen, reed-weavers and keepers of the waterways. The Tul'Gar dwell along the riverbanks and marshes, living by rod and net and the rhythm of the seasonal floods; the rivers themselves are their roads.

Other tribes find them patient, secretive and hard to pursue — slip into the reeds after a Tul'Gar and you will likely come back empty-handed. They keep to themselves and their waters, neither close kin nor open quarrel to the Oom'Gar: a quiet people in a loud age.
