Ammunition for the bow, blunted and steeped in sleepweed. It kills nobody — it drops them where they stand, out cold for sixteen seconds and open to a finishing blow the whole time, exactly as a blackjack to the back of the head would. Drawn like any arrow (hotbar stack first). The sedative stays in the target, so one you pull back out is a plain Arrow.
