Ammunition for the bow, its head bound with oil-soaked rag and lit on the string. Whatever ped or player it strikes goes up in flames — they burn, panic, and must reach water or run it out; one that hits nobody leaves a small fire burning where it lands. Drawn like any arrow (hotbar stack first). It burns up on impact and cannot be recovered.
